For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used hot sauce bottles.
We do not offer exchanges. Approved issues will be resolved through replacement or refund only, at our discretion.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
