This website and all YiKES! Hot Sauce products are intended for adult use only. By using this site or purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms, whether or not you complete a purchase.

YiKES! products are extremely spicy. Consumption of spicy food carries inherent risks, including but not limited to discomfort, allergic reactions, digestive distress, or other physical effects.

By purchasing, handling, gifting, or consuming YiKES! products, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, associated with spicy food consumption.

YiKES! is not responsible for individual tolerance levels, misuse, excessive consumption, or failure to review ingredients.

Eat responsibly. You’re in control.

Because our hot sauces are food products, all sales are final once shipped.

That said, if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right under the conditions below.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at: info@yikeshotsauce.shop

Please include:

• Your order number
   
• A clear photo of the issue
   

At our discretion, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must first contact the shipping carrier. If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, you may contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

YiKES! is not responsible for stolen packages, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or delivery issues outside of our control.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

We do not offer exchanges. Approved issues will be handled through replacement or refund only, at our discretion.

By purchasing from YiKES!, you agree to contact us first to attempt resolution of any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargebacks that violate this policy may result in:

• Denial of future purchases
   
• Submission of evidence to payment processors
   
• Enforcement of this agreement through arbitration
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• YiKES! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
   
• YiKES! total liability for any claim related to our products, website, or services shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to YiKES, our products, this website, or these Terms of Service shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, not in court.

• Arbitration applies to all users, whether or not a purchase is made
   
• Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only
   
• No class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions
   
• You waive the right to a judge or jury trial
   

Arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New Hampshire under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

If any portion of this arbitration clause is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YiKES!, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our products
   
• Your use of this website
   
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
   

All content on this website—including logos, branding, product names, images, designs, and text—is the exclusive property of YiKES! and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

All products and website content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

YiKES makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, experiences, tolerance levels, or suitability for any particular user.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Sections relating to arbitration, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination of this agreement.

YiKES! may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
